Thermopile IR temperature and gas sensors and siliconbase humidity sensors use micro machining technologies and proven semiconductor manufacturing processes for quality, reliability and price competitiveness. IR Sensors are used in a host of applications ranging from tympanic ear thermometers and HVAC control in automobiles to monitoring the temperature in microwave ovens. When an accurate and instant non contact temperature measurement is needed, IR is the method of choice.

Type ZTP-135 ZPT-135D-G13 Thermometrics CO2 detector
NDIR detectors are simple optical devices often used for gas analysis. The ZTP-135D model consists of dual thermo-elements, a dual narrow band path (NBP) filter (one for sensing and the other for reference), a thermistor for temperature compensation and hermetically-sealed TO-5(39) package. This NDIR thermopile detector can provide the customer with other narrow band path (NBP) filters for analyzing various gases.

 
 
Type ZTP-135SR ZTP-135SR IR Sensor
This thermopile sensor is used for non-contact surface temperature measuring. The ZTP-135SR model consists of thermo-elements, flat IR filter, a thermistor for temperature compensation in a hermetically-sealed TO-46(18) package. There is also a variety of filters available to help maximize performance in specific applications.
 
   
 
Type ZTP-25ASM ZTP-25ASM IR Model
This model provides the temperature compensated quad outputs via two control signals with silicon optical lens. It can also provide a compatibility with the customer’s device without the recalibration of the device. Five wire connections are necessary for operation: one for output signal, two signals for controlling the sensing elements, and two for single power supply and ground. The field of view of each element of ZTP-25ASM is about 4 degrees for 50% nomalized output and the peak to peak of each element is about 8 degrees. The total size is only 1 in x 1.6 in (30 mm x 40 mm).
