Gas

Gas Analyzer

GE Sensing offers reliable oxygen, hydrogen and gas composition analyzers that provide sensitive and accurate online analysis for any process control or safety related application. The typical applications include top-gas hydrogen analysis in blast furnaces and in heat-treating ovens; monitoring hydrogen in generator cooling systems; gas purity monitoring of argon, hydrogen and nitrogen; measuring the level of hydrogen in ammonia or methanol synthesis gas; and monitoring carbon dioxide in fermentation and other biochemical processes.

Oxygen Gas Analyzer XMO2 Thermoparamagnetic Oxygen - Accurate and Reliable
The XMO2 transmitter has a corrosion-resistant design and provides computer-enhanced, drift-free oxygen measurement. It can be used wherever accurate and reliable long-term oxygen measurement is critical to process and product quality. This includes inerting/blanketing liquid storage tanks, reactor feed gases, flare gas, catalyst regeneration, oxygen purity and many other applications.
XMTC Gas Analyzer XMTC Gas Analyzer
The XMTC thermal conductivity gas analyzer provides sensitive, accurate, online gas-composition analysis based on the thermal conductivity of gases in a mixture. It uses two ultrastable precision thermistors: one in contact with the sample gas and one in contact with a sealed or flowing reference gas. Since it has no moving parts, the transmitter can handle shock and vibration. Its unique design makes it insensitive to contamination and sample flow rate variation.

Oxygen Sensor Non-depleting Oxygen Cell with Electrolytic Oxygen Sensor - Intrinsically Safe
This sensor operates on a simple coulometric process in which oxygen in the sample gas is reduced in an electrochemical cell. Unlike conventional oxygen sensors, the electrodes in this advanced sensor are non-depleting, which means that the electrodes do not undergo chemical changes as oxygen is measured. As a result, periodic sensor replacement or reconditioning is not required. The sensor is intrinsically safe and certified to EEx ia IIC and Class I, Div. 1, All Groups.
