> Billerica, Mass – 11 August, 2008. A new, high accuracy pressure transducer from GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies has been purpose-designed for operation with the Kaye Validator, stand-alone thermal validation system to ensure total compliance with EN554 and ISO-17665.

> Billerica, Mass – 7 August, 2008. GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies has created a new instrument calibration management portal, which can be accessed free-of-charge by users of GE’s aluminium oxide moisture probes. The on-line web portal will help probe users, technicians and metrologists to achieve more efficient and effective organization of moisture probe data. It will also allow the printing of calibration data sheets and will provide notification of future recommended calibration dates.

> Groby, Leics, UK. – 5 August, 2008. GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies has received a significant order for the supply of flare gas flow metering systems for the Pearl GTL project in Qatar. The order for GF868 digital ultrasonic flowmetering systems, comprising flare transmitters, transducers and flowcells, was placed by MW Kellogg, on behalf of Qatar Shell GTL Ltd. This order follows a similar order placed for another section of Qatar’sNorth Field.

> Groby, England. – July 16, 2008. GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies secures $3.6 Million Order from UK Ministry of Defence. The MoD orders Air Data Test Sets to be used in military aircraft maintenance.

> Groby, England. – May 20, 2008. The PACE5000 pneumatic pressure controller/indicator is the first in a new generation of high precision modular instrumentation for rack-mounting or bench top applications from GE Sensing and Inspection Technologies. It employs full digital control to provide high control stability and high slew rate, while its unique modular concept allows users to enjoy quick and easy parts replacement and significantly reduced instrument downtime.

>  Billerica, MA. – June 9, 2008. The new Advanced Modular Calibration System from GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies is a hand-held test and calibration system that combines an advanced, multi-function calibrator with world class pressure measurement and generation capability. Its modular concept allows its discrete components to be used as stand-alone instruments, allowing significant flexibility both in cost of ownership and in functionality.

>  Billerica, Mass. – April 29, 2008. >  Groby, England – August 4, 2007 RSHydro Is New GE Sensing Distributor. GE Sensing announces that RS Hydro has been appointed a leading UK distributor for its Panametrics range of ultrasonic flow meters, including all portable, fixed and spool piece systems.

>  Groby, England – August 7, 2007 The robust and easy-to-install PTX 1290 submersible pressure transmitter from GE Sensing has been specially designed for the efficient control of pumps in sewage lift stations. The transmitter has already been field-proven in the United States but its recent ATEX certification now fits it for use in EU installations and in those areas of the world which recognise the ATEX certification for equipment intended for use in potentially hazardous environments.

> Shanghai, China – May 31, 2007. GE Sensing Awarded Dushanzi Petrochemical Project Contracts in China. A leading innovator of advanced sensing solutions, GE Sensing was awarded a three-year purchase contract for Ultrasonic Flow Meters, Moisture Analyzers and Oxygen Analyzers in China’s largest petrochemical project, the Xinjiang Dushanzi Project.

> Billerica, Mass –May 25, 2007. The new advanced hand terminal for GE Sensing’s Druck Air Data Test Set is specially designed to meet the safety on the flightline regulations and enables a single operator to implement sophisticated test routines whilst seated in the aircraft cockpit. Aircraft testing time and the possibility of communication errors will be significantly reduced.

> Billerica, Mass. – May 25, 2007. GE Sensing has introduced the PTX 400 Series of wellhead sensors, which offer exceptionally high reliability and accuracy at saltwater depths of up to 3000m. The new sensors enable accurate process measurements to be made directly on subsea wellheads and production manifolds and have been developed specifically to provide continuous use in excess of 25 years.

> Billerica, Mass – April 24, 2007.

 GE Sensing, a market leader in thermal validation systems, is launching its first RF real time, wireless validation system at its booth (# 2300) at the Interphex Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Conference and Exhibition in New York City from April 24-26. The new Kaye RF ValProbe® offers operators the option to view data in real time without the need or cost of wiring or collecting historical data from remote loggers. This feature is invaluable for verifying system set-up prior to studies or for verifying status at critical times during studies.

GE Sensing’s new Kaye Validator® ITMS cleaning validation instrument was the winner of a special Innovation Award at the POWTECH/TechnoPharm exhibition, which took place in Nurenberg, Germany March 28-29, 2007. > BILLERICA, MASSACHUSETTS, NOVEMBER 17, 2006 Moisture measurement in low parts-per-billion measurement ranges for ultra-high purity (UHP) gases is critical to a variety of semiconductor, LCD, and other manufacturing processes. HygroTrace uses a newly patented technique to provide accurate and reliable measurement for 0-100 PPB moisture levels with the sensitivity and speed of response matched only by current technology analyzers that are much larger in size and more expensive in price. Typical semiconductor applications include measurement of moisture in UHP gas delivery and distribution systems and point-of-use moisture measurement protection.

>  Billerica, Massachusetts, June 17, 2005 - GE Sensing, a leading provider of precision sensing products, systems and services, announced that the United States Army has ordered 40 dual range DPI 515 digital pressure calibrators, valued at more than half a million dollars. The DPI 515 pressure calibrator is an upgrade from earlier technology calibrators and supports new military test requirements.
